C.P.R. Componenti per il Riscaldamento- 1995
Foundation
Born in Cesena as a limited liability company from the professional experience of three partners, coming and operating in the hydro-thermo-sanitary sector since 1960. The initial project is the import and marketing of aluminum curves and pipes and flue accessories, focusing from the outset on high quality products.
- 1997
Agent network and new partnership
It consolidates an important workforce, owns a sales network of 15 Agencies and begins a relationship of collaboration with the Soc. Roka (leader in the field of stainless steel chimneys) based in the Czech Republic and also begins to directly build innovative molds for the production of flue materials.
- 1998
Certifications and quality
The company quality system planning program is dealt with based on the then existing UNI EN ISO 9002 standard to meet the needs of an increasingly active market.
- 1999
Quality Mark
The company appoints the certifying body GASTEC ITALIA S.p.A. to obtain the quality mark on the range of stainless steel flue products and on the Ø 80 split aluminum coaxial system.

Thanks precisely to the desired results and obtained the C.P.R. LTD begins the participation, which will continue in the following years, at the EXPOCONFORT Exhibition in Milan. - 2002
Company Reorganization
The company begins a process of corporate organizational review.
- 2003
Acquisition of Domus Motors Srl
C.P.R. LTD obtains the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 certification and completes the acquisition of the "Domus Motors Srl" specialized in the import and distribution of air conditioning products.
Moreover at the end of this "lucky" year, supported by the objective feedback from the customers, the C.P.R. LTD decides to continuously offer the products in single and double wall in Stainless Steel and Copper, and the line of double-walled flexible hoses in stainless steel. - 2004
Certification and change of location
C.P.R. S.r.L, has reached the new certification based on the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standard that comes into force replacing the previous UNI EN ISO 9002: 1994. Completing a first progress process of the Company Quality System,
In the same year the company moved to the new factory owned in Cella Di Mercato Saraceno. - 2005
C.P.R. and Domus Motors Merger
C.P.R. S.p.A. and Domus Motors Srl merge giving life to the C.P.R. Components for heating S.p.a.
With the entry into force of the harmonized standard EN 1856/1, the new C.P.R. acquires the CE conformity certificate of the products for the flueing in Stainless Steel Double Wall and Double Wall Stainless Steel Internal Copper External. In addition, the company achieves the CERTIFICATION of ELECTRONIC LISTS of products for FUMISTERY on the ANGAISA PORTAL. - 2006
New certifications and new product lines
C.P.R. starts the Certification Plan for chimney products, followed by the certifying body "Istituto Giordano" and also extends the certification of the company quality system to the DOMUS MOTORS department.
Furthermore, at the end of the first half-year, it introduced the LINE PPH line specific for condensing boilers among its product lines for flue systems, proving to be in step with new market developments to safeguard the environment. - 2007
CE Marking
C.P.R. S.p.A. ends the plan for the CE marking of its heating articles, introducing the CE mark on the lines, LINE MONO, LINE ALUMINUM and LINE FLEX and subsequently improving the tested characteristics of the LINE MONO, LINE SLIM, LINE 30 and LINE 50 lines, submitting these lines to the acid condensation leak test, thus obtaining the designation V2.
- 2008
New models and new certifications
C.P.R. Components for heating S.p.a. continues to provide customers with products and technical advice based on a sales network that covers the entire national territory. Furthermore, it is constantly looking to expand the already wide range of CE marked items, not the DOMUS MOTORS branded commercial range, by inserting new models that use the new R410a gas, complying with the directives imposed by the Tokyo Treaty.
C.P.R. Components for heating S.p.a. keeps updating and adapting its Company Quality System to the new UNI EN 9001: 2008.
All activities related to the marketing of products for flue and air conditioning are identified, implemented and controlled as described in the new Management System for Company Quality approved by the Management and compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard. - 2009
New catalog for the range of products for the flue sector
Since June 2009, C.P.R. expands the range of products for the flue, publishing the new catalog "CATALOGUE LINEA PP SINGLE-DOUBLE WALL Price List 04/2009".
